Why Wyoming? Why not? Well OK they are pretty crypto-forward and they are exploring creating their own stablecoin — well why not use an RToken?

hyUSD took a hit but that’s probably just the nature of yield farming — Beefy’s rates dropped and they’re probably chasing 200% somewhere else.
